In some cases, powerful government officials are falsely claiming to be the friends of private citizens who they hate, to steal their money and misuse it. Though these government employees are falsely claiming that the private citizen has given the money, it is legally proved that the government employee never contacted the private citizen any time.

I have a friend in my childhood that took my money out of my backpack that was for my lunch at school. I had another friend that switched concert tickets with me and gave me the nosebleed section seats her cousin paid for and gave my 3rd row much more expensive ticket seats to her cousin. Sometimes people steal from you whether they're government pretending to be your friend, scammers pretending to be a potential employer, a family member, significant other/spouse, even clergy. Be very careful with who you trust your money and property around, not everybody in the world is trustworthy or honest.
